In Saskatchewan, as well as all of Canada, recreational marijuana became legal on October 17, 2018.
You must be 19 years of age or older to enter the store and to purchase any cannabis or cannabis related products.
You can buy cannabis by visiting our store or purchasing online! (Purchasing online is temporarily disabled until more supply becomes available)
Within Regina and immediate area, we will deliver for free with a targeted time of 1 hour from purchase.
Outside of Regina, we will use next day delivery.
Delivery will be in effect once there is more cannabis supply.
Whether you are 19 or 90, ID is required for all purchases. Even on deliveries! So be sure to have your ID ready.
Acceptable forms of ID include: Driver's Licence, Saskatchewan Identification Card, Passport, Armed Forces Identification Card, Certificate of Indian Status Card, Canadian Citizenship Card, Permanent Resident Card, Ontario Health Card.
All identification must be valid and unaltered.
Individuals are limited to the equivalent of 30g of dried cannabis. See below for equivalents:

People can smoke on private property and in their homes. If you are a renter, you must have permission from your landlord. You can also light up in your campsite!
If you are a minor, are intoxicated, or appear to be buying for someone who is a minor/intoxicated, you may not purchase cannabis products.
