While the name implies it should be energizing, it is in fact quite sedative. Wiid guys told me to wait for the boiling water to cool down a bit before adding the tea bag, I did, and it worked out wonderfully. I was surprised at the vibrant blue colour of the team, and how tasty the tea ended up. No need to add honey, sugar or anything else.
