The unique nose of Frosted Biscotti is due to the presence of farnesene alongside dominant terpenes; ocimene, citral and Terpinen-4-ol. The aroma is skunky and very funky garlic on the inhale, followed by a flavourful creamy gas exhale that lingers on the pallet.
